This topic is for general phone apps. I'll share one to start us off.
Shimeji: This is a really cool thing that allows you to have mini characters wander around on your phone. Here's a visual screenshot for example:

As you can see, I have a lil Sonic and a lil Sans on my phone. It's cool.

Actually, there's two apps. One that has Sonic sans, the other let's you make your own.

WTForecast - (Free for iOS and Android) - Accurate, funny, and offensive weather forcast app for some giggles. I highly suggest to steer off if you are not confortable with profanities.
