I find sexual content to be more harmful to children for the reasons I stated before that I will summarize here: sex is not black and white, so parents cannot tell children "don't ever have sex," though they an tell children "don't ever murder people," making it a more delicate issue.
By supporting the view in bold in the quote, you are at the same time giving more legitimacy to the people doing the harrassment. If she is driven out by that and the stance the staff of MFGG takes by disallowing her more out there games from being shown, also disregarding the precedent MFGG has set with the examples above, these people win. MFGG cannot really bill itself being family-friendly at this point in time.
Regardless of this, I have also expressed my concern for violent games appearing on the site. While I don't feel as strongly about them as I do sexual games, I do agree that if action is taken against sexual games it should be taken against violent games. I would not mind the gory games that already exist on MFGG being removed, but I think what is most important is to keep these games from appearing on the early pages of games section where children are most likely to explore.
As for the people harassing her, I am completely disconnected with that. If people civically coming to an agreement that Sloshy's game is not OK for the site also satisfies people who are far too extreme in favor of it, then so be it. To say that we should not do what we think is right because extremists will also like it is silly. You could make the same comparison with a political movement; just because some extremists go too far and resort to violence doesn't mean the entire movement should be disregarded and that change should not be made because it may satisfy extremists.

I do agree on the second part but the first part I disagree because there is such a thing as a bad opinion which stems from ignorance of the subject.I very much disagree. What you may call ignorance might just be a different perspective on the subject, and to silence those with different perspectives is to be narrow minded. The only reason something someone says should be disregarded is if it is a false fact, but any respectfully presented opinion should be heard. Telling people their opinion is wrong because you believe it stems from ignorance is dangerous and could lead to discrimination.

I'm still not sure what this means.
