And I don't remember that guy from mythbusters ever saying that either. What does it mean?

Sometimes subtitles describe sounds, and those subtitles were describing the sound of a meaty whack.

As far as I'm aware, it's a screenshot of MythBusters where subtitles are describing the sound of an impact. However, it carries the subtext of potentially being about naughtier things when taken out of context.

Its relevance on MFGG began when FD decided to force it in Club Saturn or something idk
