Wow, it's been a couple of months, hasn't it? I'm really genuinely sorry for the lateness of this, but you know what they say - better late than never! That's... definitely not always true, but hopefully you guys will cut me some slack for this one!
THEME: Box Art Shenanigans
The general concept is to take a Mario game's box art, any Mario game, and do something with it. It can be a parody, the box art from a different angle or perspective, adding in a character, changing a character, anything! It just has to clearly be a specific game's cover art. It can be any game in the Mario canon, including the Donkey Kong, Wario, and Yoshi franchises! That's a ton of games to choose from, and I'm sure even if you haven't consciously thought about it, you've probably admired the cover art for a specific game a lot, so why not channel that admiration into some good old homage?
Your deadline will be April 26th, 2018. That's two weeks from now, so you should have plenty of time to have something by then.
