Frozen Tears
The earth freezes and the chains of Fenrir grow brittle, threatening to snap. The people of the north have grown desperate and baleful, fighting one another for the dwindling resources of the land.
The self-styled God of Prophecy would have Gwyndyr believe this is her fault - the unholy spawn of man and dragon, an affront to the natural order. Yet she is the one he has tasked with assembling the saints who will save the world...
Screenshots (Very early WIP)
crappy title screen outline
debug room with some outer tiles + snow (it looks cooler animated)
the characters on the right are an add/remove party members thingy
debug house with some inner tiles

Features
- Semi-openended: Recruit the Saints in almost any order, or wander the northern lands and talk to the normal people.
- Complex equipment: Dasher can hold a Greatsword in two hands... but Donner can hold it in one!
- Complex States: Status effects can stack, and may even get worse before they get better!
- Talents: Browse characters' powers altogether or separated by Talent. Passive effects won't awkwardly display in your battle menu!
- Good Puzzles: Because walking around getting into dialogues and fights gets old.
- Possibly maybe won't have random encounters except on the world map, TBD
- 100% original assets in faux-retro aesthetic (within plausibility for RPG Maker VXA)
- 95% original scripts with a few exceptions
- It's cute and furry but it's also clean (by the standards of a fantasy RPG anyway)
