It's nice to be born on the same day as Princess Daisy.
(Except the Ferrari is going to be rough on my wallet.) Course clear! You got a card.

That 18 million would’ve have to last 31 years, along with the fact she probably only gets a little of the total earnings of each game she’s in. We need to get a finance manager in for this, would she be able to afford a Ferrari 31 years later

I played SML2 much more than SML1. I played SML1 from a friend in elementary school for a bit, but that's the most of it aside from emulators.
The reason it has such a distinct different feel to it is is because it was some different team working on it.

Whenever I think of the Mario Land series, I think of Yokoi Gunpei who developed it. Definitely found his take on the Mario series inspiring, to say the least.

Gunpei Yokoi yes incredible mastermind behind Metroid, Gameboy and this charming title. Hes a wonderful inventor and creator.
Anyone responsible for Metroid must be responsible for a game like this. I played the game on gameboy a long time ago, I have it on my 3DS and have played it here n there. Good game.though i do prefer SML2... that game wouldnt have existed without this one.

If I can remember, Gunpey was the person who made the most of nintendo’s best “inventions”, such as hamdheld game consoles, the D-pad and was also the one who started nintendo’s sucess with the toy industry with Ultra Hand
