I actually agree.
SMW is pretty meh to me in general, though I don't really know why it doesn't sit better with me than it does.
Also I don't think anyone is going to kill you over your video game opinions.

Unpopular opinion #1: I do not like games like Undertale and Doki Doki Literature Club. I don't like the "meta" aspects of the games, and their humor is not my cup of tea.
Unpopular opinion #2: I think Partners In Time is actually a really decent game, despite it being extremely rough around the edges. I give the game a lot of credit because Alpha Dream had to make their own devkit and everything.
Unpopular opinion #3: I like the Love Rap stage from Rhythm Heaven Fever.
Unpopular opinion #4: Freedom Planet sucks. Like, really sucks. While the game isn't automated like modern Sonic games (I do enjoy Rush despite it being somewhat automated, mostly because it has catchy music), its level design doesn't compliment the classic Sonic games by adding very clunky combat into the mix. Most of the stages are pretty mediocre, with the exceptions being the 2nd half of Relic Maze and Sky Battalion, while Pangu Lagoon and Battle Glacier are two of my least favorite levels in any game ever. The only thing the game has going for it are the character designs... Which are redesigned Sonic OCs, so do they even count?!
Unpopular opinion #5: Final Fantasy is overrated.

i dislike turn based rpgs. the only games where i can tolerate that style of gameplay are the mario ones.

SMW Redrawn is a great artstyle in spite of its problems involving selective outlining and palette selection.
Also saying that there is merit to pro bono work because its normative in the fangame community by the fact that you work on a fangame apparently is unpopular these days that people think you are entitled just by saying that.

breath of the wild is better than ocarina of time
i, unlike most people, think that atlus and sega should have the common sense to put some of their top selling games on switch, and heck, even upcoming ones, examples being shin megami tensei 5, catherine full body, persona 5 royal, etc.
i don't like the "youtuber conflicts" that have happened over the last year or so, like pewdiepie vs tseries, logan paul vs ksi, etc. i think these are overrated just a smidge and there are bigger things to be worrying about, rather than a boxing match ending in a draw.
persona has overtaken the shin megami tensei series in terms of popularity.

I mean I agree that P5R and Catherine Full Body should be on Switch, but isn't SMT V already slated for switch? To be honest, I feel like most people share the opinion that these games should be on Switch.

yeah, i forgot to research, smt 5 is coming on switch.
that is if it ever comes lmao.
i know some people who support the idea of p5r and catherine full body on switch, but i've met even more people with completely valid objections to those points (catherine on pc, several theories about atlus having to compromise with only p5 scramble being on switch, etc) who seemed entirely against the idea, and then just some people who were inexplicably pessimistic. they all just seem to prefer for persona to stay on the playstation.

Here are a few of my popular and unpopular opinions:
Despite my name being, MarioMania2460. I think Luigi is better.
I prefer Mario Kart Wii over any Mario Kart game.
I don't like Super Mario Kart, the physics are really bad and there's really not much to do in it.
Psyduck is better than every Pokémon.
I like the Kellytoy Mario plush set, despite everyone saying how "dated" and "weird" they look.
I like the New Super Mario Bros. series.
Brawl is miles better than Melee.
I enjoyed Kirby Star Allies.
That's about it! There are a few more that I can't think of right now but whatever.
