It's a generic Toad dress up application with very simplistic options. Not very useful and definitely not a game.

It also launches in fullscreen with no way to turn fullscreen off, has loud and obnoxious music.

Well I'm glad you described exactly what I meant to make. This is NOT a serious game. I didn't think I needed to say it was a joke game though, oops.
Edit: you can force the game to be in window mode by pressing alt+enter though.

The only accessories are 2 glasses and 3 hats? I was expecting more from it, since the presentation was good.

I know it's not a serious game but the same joke could probably have been made with a still image. If you insist on making joke games, at least put a little more content into it.

I did try Alt + Enter when I opened the app originally and it did not work.

Yeah I guess it was just funnier to make than to play then. Anyway at least it's functionnal. One last thing though, I like the last paper mario games, I just dislike the lack of variety of its NPCs.
