On a more serious note, This is my entry for the competition, and who could be better than Waluigi?

Anyways, let's get on with it.

JAB:
Waluigi does a sucker punch, a tennis slice (which does sword damage), and then does a thrust kick.

TILTS:
Side: Waluigi does a backhand smack with his tennis racket.
Down: Waluigi does a kick similar to Snake's down tilt.
Up: Waluigi swings his racket upwards.

DASH ATTACK:
Waluigi does a tennis save. If it hits late, it causes tripping.

AIR ATTACKS:
Neutral: Waluigi swings his legs in a vertical circle.
Forward: Waluigi kicks forward with his back leg.
Back: Waluigi kicks back with both legs like a drill.
Up: Waluigi claps his legs together upward.
Down: Waluigi does a double stomp downward and spins like a drill.

SMASH ATTACKS:
Side: Waluigi smacks the opponent with his tennis racket.
Up: Waluigi does a ballet spin, hitting multiple times.
Down: Waluigi breakdances with his legs extended.

GRABS, PUMMEL, AND THROWS:
Grab: Waluigi grabs the opponent by the head with one hand.
Pummel: Waluigi pokes the opponent in the eyes
Forward Throw: Waluigi spawns his racket and does an underhand shot.
Back Throw: Waluigi spins and throws the opponent on one leg backwards before regaining his balance.
Up Throw: Waluigi throws the opponent up and launches them by stabbing them with his nose.
Down Throw: Waluigi stomps on his opponent relentlessly before sending them away with a powerful stomp.

SPECIALS:
Neutral: Tennis Serve - Waluigi does a tennis serve, with creates a bouncing ball that can be reflected multiple times.
Side: Air Swim - Waluigi does his air swim technique. Can be aimed upwards.
Up: Super Jump - Waluigi crouches down until his third crouch, after which he will do a very high jump. Taken from Super Paper Mario.
Down: Item Box - Waluigi will pull an item box out of the ground, spawning one out of four (including one rare) items:
Bob-omb: Can be thrown by Waluigi
Red Shells: 3 red shells will circle around Waluigi. They can be thrown by pressing the attack button. They home in on whoever's closest to Waluigi.
Bullet Bill: Waluigi turns into a Bullet Bill, launching himself forward for about a second.
Super Horn: The Super Horn can be saved by Waluigi. Using down special will cause the horn to produce a shock-wave that will damage foes, destroy physical projectiles, and reflect energy projectiles.
An item box can also be a Fake Item Box, which will break and KO Waluigi. If he hits a ceiling though, he will return to the ground and be stunned.

FINAL SMASH: Special Shot - A Star appears below Waluigi, and he will do his Special Shot from Mario Tennis Aces. He can aim using an arrow. When he fires it, a giant ball that can pass through enemies appears and will go where ever Waluigi aims it. If it hits someone, there is a slowdown for 3 seconds. After it hits someone though, it will vanish. It causes very high damage and knockback.
