I'd prefer specific tags that state what's in the game like "Blood/Gore", "Drug References" etc.

I wasn't aware of the PEGI content descriptors, pretty interesting. ESRB has content descriptors as well described here. Regardless of what we decide to have I think content descriptors are a must
