DONE Status of Game of the Month awards

Hardly makes a difference but it looks fine. I still find the text a little hard to read though.

I also still like the idea of a "Community Spotlight" thing that I suggested earlier in the topic. Perhaps not as an "award", but just something we do every now and then to highlight a game, old or new. A short write-up about it, what makes it good, and info on where to download it etc. Could even do it for a game that's in progress.
