I'm sure you didn't mean anything by that, but you do realize that saying things like that can trigger such a phobia right?

Yeah... it triggered some fear in me.

When I was 18 I fell into psychosis. I am schizophrenic now. When I was in psychosis I would have constant ideation that I would be buried alive. I tossed and turned hoping i wouldn't die when i was in the psychiatric centre of the hospital near my place. It was a tough experience.

Psychosis is pretty bad when I work too much or dont get enough sleep.
