I have regrets. About not making games.

I've been on this forum for a good 13 years. I've made friends/acquaintances here. Never got too too involved in making friends on here.

I started making games because of Metroid Prime 2D. It inspired me. As such I tried making metroid games. I made good friends with two people for a project called Metroid Genesis. It never really went anywhere. I tried making a game called Metroud Stick Figure Mission, that was really something. It was only 5 minutes long when I made it but damn was it great.

I made a few cool minigames on this site, first one when I was 15. They were pretty well done. I then started smoking weed and got disinterested in fangames and valued girls and metal music. I should have stayed the course but I didnt.

I tried so many times to make cool games. A lot of Mario fangame ideas came and went nowhere. I regret not working harder. I regret not making games. I especially regret not continuing to work of Metroid Terror, Metroid Stick Figure mission and other cool games. I quit working on them.

Now I'm making a game for a dead forum that is past due. I still want to make Mario Holidays, I just wish I didnt have regrets.

Tl;dr:: I regret not making games. Or continuing my work on big projects. I regret never making a full length fangame in 14 years of game development.
