For those who were confused by this thread, this is not a roleplay by any means, this is serious.

not even gonna comment on the rest, but the notion that you have to go to nintendo and namco to get the license for a name that is fundamentally entirely different from either of them is rather absurd

also dude, dreamcatcher is, and I cannot state this enough, a much much better name

Also, the reason I asked about the license was because I wasn't sure if it would conflict with either of those companies or not. Just playing it safe here.

And although it's ultimately all just my opinion - yes, Fun, I do understand your notion, but I prefer the new name myself, it sounds like 'Nintendo' and 'Hardcore Classic' (and of of course Namco), and I like it very much. Again, I understand your reasons for you much liking the old name. Remember from School House Rock; even if all the Congress vote Yes, the President can still say No. Again, just my opinion.

SIDE NOTE: I just realized as of now - why not have Dreamcatcher be a child studio instead?! That'd actually be very nice to have, of course.
