it would be cool if they did a zelda maker, but the market, and the customizability options, kinda aren't there. and a lot of what makes a zelda game is what occurs outside of the dungeons, too.
i had an idea for a Zelda Maker once that i was gonna make. it would basically be like a level editor for the original loz. make a dungeon out of a bunch of rooms of the same size, drop in loz enemies, bosses, etc. and have doors tied to remaining enemies
maybe I'll still do it?
