So I checked out Minus World due to above recommendation, but it seems kind of... caustic. that's certainly true to the 2000s forum life, but I guess I don't have the heart for it now.

minus world is a little impenetrable because everyone's known each other so long
every once in a while there's a forum game called "killing game" which is kind of like mafia mixed with a role playing game and that's when most of the new people join
and yeah like yoshin said it's not for everyone
