@Willsaber This is one of those coin snakes, as seen in a few levels in Super Mario World. It follows the direction your character is facing. If you duck, it goes down, and if you look up, it'll go up.
You want the coin snake to hug the edges of the platform that's shaped like a reverse "L". Then make it go above the stairs (these are jumpthrough stairs), and then let it go left under the door. Hit the P-Switch, and the coins will temporarily turn to blocks. Then you can enter the door.
