What is your dream career?

This may sound silly to most of you, but my dream career would be as a cattle rancher/dairy farmer. To live and work on the open range, lead my workers on horseback as we move the cows to the grazing fields. A pair of Smith & Wesson 629 classics on my belt for protection. The mrs. and our little ones tending to household chores as well as the smaller animals back at the homestead. Something old fashioned and American. I dunno. I guess having grown up in New York City and becoming a jaded adult as a result has made me pine for a simpler, easier live.
