Trusty ol' Mingus walks into the office. You place down your boring old documents, nod politely at him, and he starts babbling about budgets and fiscality and whatever else these cowboy hat-wearing mofos get up to. You don't care very much, so you start playing with your fidget spinner.



After Mingus is done with his speech, he starts walking away, but suddenly turns around, as if he remembered something.



"Oh yeah, I just done did remember something," he says. "I been heard there's some kinna huge monster in the basementies. Look out fer that, pardnerio."

You thank him for his sage advice and hand him the half-melted Mars bar you had in your pocket.



He seems grateful, and will most likely not backstab you any time soon. You could almost say you've gained a friend! Almost.

In any case, he walks out of the office, and you now know that there's apparently a monster lurking in the basement. Interesting.

One (1) mayoral sash
One (1) top hat
One (1) poorly drawn handgun hidden inside your top hat
Some change in your left pocket
A wallet in your back pocket
A friend (figuratively)
