It was more of a traditional SMB1 clone, with eight worlds and four levels each, and no overworld map. But it did feature slopes, all custom graphics and there were even some 3D effects implemented in the background.
I remember one level was inspired by SML2's Tree Zone with the level rotating around an insect hotel, similar to the tower structure as seen in Sonic Mania's Metal Sonic boss fight.
When I woke up I was disappointed that fangame wasn't real.
Why were there no 3D effects in any of your platformers then? Be the change you want to see.
