I am on Windows 10, and the paint program doesn't have all the features or usability it once had.

Here are some other programs I was told to look into: Aseprite (Paid), PyxelEdit (Paid, Free Older Version), Piskel (Free), Pixquare (Paid), Graphics Gale (Free), Photoshop (Paid), GIMP (Free), and Krita (Free).

EDIT: I also have paint.NET on my laptop, it is good.
