First things first... I am all in favor of seeing more Nite recipes! I might even cook one up and try it myself.

I have mixed feelings about splitting the General Chat into more forums. For a community that's not getting thousands of posts per day, I'm inclined to prefer a more streamlined layout.

How do other people feel - would splitting the GC into more forums (food, media sharing, etc.) encourage you to post more or make it easier for you to find things?
