Banning content on the basis that it "could be" someone's sexual fetish is a slippery slope and I disagree with any form of this.
However, threads containing disturbing content like grotesque stomach noises in Sloshy's game should be labeled with a warning that some may find it disturbing. In addition, a rating system where people state what the game contains would inform them if for some reason it ended up on the site.
