Thankfully, I've never dealt with this.
At my age, if somebody said one abusive thing to me while I was trying to work on a project with them, that would be it. When you're new to the internet or a teen you have the time and patience to deal with that, but a healthy level of respect is a basic requirement for me to do business with somebody.
