Appearance: A young woman of average height and a thin, frail build. With long flowing silvery blue hair, she casts an icy glare at the world through pale blue eyes... Her left eye, however, is covered by bandages for reasons forgotten. She wears a white dress, tattered around the edges, looking to be suited more for travel rather than for formalities.
Personality: Spiteful, manipulative, and quick to enact vengeance on those who do her wrong. Has such a strong distrust of people for past transgressions made against her so much that it's become instinctive.
