Yeah I found that same stuff just now by googling "ding ding" and "delmore" together. That's crazy if it really is him. I honestly don't remember much about him back then, apart from running with us at the U, but even he got banned from there too.

Delmore was too much for the U to handle? Now that's something.

I was never a part of the U for obvious reasons but from my understanding, it was more a case of him biting the hand that fed him and, again, getting upset when there was retribution rather than him doing any actual damage to the community there. Not the way he did here, on my forums, or literally anywhere else he's been on the internet, anyway.

Geez. Was he really angry when he said it? Also no, you're not a jerk at all. It boggles my mind how someone could possibly get mad at you for expressing legitimate concerns.

It was apparently him playing pranks with another member of the forums but this was also at a time where I was frequently dealing with strange people calling my phone so on top of the stuff I was dealing with online, I was also dealing with massive privacy and safety concerns.

I'm sorry to hear that. Yeah, that's really terrible. I always advise to keep your personal information private and to have strong security (passwords, etc.), to prevent such information being intercepted and compromised. Who were the strange people calling you?

At the time, just weird people calling me. This was around the time my first book came out 12 or so years ago. I've been keeping my info on better lockdown since then.
