I've always wanted to put characters of mine or characters from other franchises I like into other video games. This may come as a surprise, but I thought of something a long time ago where Kade Berry (my Shy Guy fan character) met Asriel Dreemurr from Undertale, and they've been going on adventures with each other as a duo. Sometimes I've re-enacted them as Rookie and Popple to try and fight off Mario and Luigi so they can get the Beanstar for themselves, other times they've taken the place of the Hammer Bros. in World 2 of SMB3, I've done a lot of things with them together.

What would you guys do if you were in a video game? Make art of yourself in a scenario of your favorite video game, from Super Mario Bros. to Dark Souls to whatever your heart desires, it can be a small doodle to a hi-resolution digital piece, I'd like to see what you all come up with.

Tread carefully with self-inserts, especially those that interact with fictional characters. Those are difficult to pull off effectively!

My own character appears in MFGG Emblem, as well as a forgettable RPG boss rush I made in a previous life. Though even in those cases, I was trying to feature a pretty big cast of characters from all over MFGG.

I made my character a hidden "final boss" for my fangame. Seeing as he's basically just a Magikoopa with a bit of flair, it was pretty easy to chuck him in there without it feeling out of place.

bro, you could make a three stage boss out of this. you could be the first phase, your wife could come in and fight after you get KOed, but then the last phase could be baby peter using his parents' magical pedigree to fight against mario. i know peter isn't a baby any more, but he'll always be an adorable little baby to me.

if i was a character in a video game, i think i'd be a smash bros. fighter. i would represent fire emblem and swing a sword around while doing air combos like bayonetta. my home stage would be kentucky kingdom, a theme park located in louisville, kentucky.

I can imagine Mario tried following Samus and helping her kills enemies. When Samus retrieves the baby Metroid, he would be it bigger brother.
