I found Wart/Mamu in the Links awakening remake! - Wart's first 3D appearance reveal

That did not just happen......




Wart is finally returning! His first debut in 3D! Looks kinda like how it should be. It sounds like all the Mario cameos should appear. His pupils are actually the same as the original. I even found a few other Mario enemies like Bob-ombs and cheep cheeps. The image is found in the third row of all those images.

i still can't get over how accurate this is to the original sprite from link's awakening, let alone his appearances in doki doki panic and SMB2.
i can't wait to see how Grezzo handle everything they haven't shown us yet in the remake to this point, because if this is any indication of what's to come, then i am sold on this game.

Oh, Grezzo is developing this game? I hope they don't pull another Majora's Mask 3D.

Nevertheless, this looks pretty cool. Wart is pretty obscure at this point, and seeing him again in 3D is nice.

Well, wart was previously punished in SMB2/DDP and now has his home with two frogs.

I'm still holding out hope for an SMB2 style in SMM2.




Though with my luck, even if they did do that, they'd probably just make an SMB2-style Bowser instead.
