What do you do while you program?

I don't have many friends. I have my girlfriend, you online friends and my girlfriends friends. I've tried to stay social instead of just working on creative projects. However I've always been introverted. I just don' want to become completely involved in my programming to the point that I focus on nothing else. I play games from time to time and (try) to krep up with some shows I like. Anyway, how do you leave off being super involved in your game development? Do you watch tv while you program or draw or sprite? Do you program a bit then watch tv later? Or am I just weird and I need to prioritize my time better?

When it comes to programming, I usually find I'm most productive when I get "in the zone" and work for a while without distractions. I'll listen to background music, and occasionally I'll have Skype or Discord open, but that's about it.

I usually listen to music that fits the theme of what I'm programming or making a sprite of. It helps me "get into the right mood" in a way.

I usually listen to music or YouTube videos in the background, usually Let's Plays, typically Chip and Ironicus or Retsupurae.

Falcon Punch is the result of the Sun heating fists. It drives the Blue Falcon. Heating causes destruction of water into the pain, where it then hurts, creating rain. Rain creates flowing water in tears, which can then be converted into other forms through more pain.
