Why can't you use line? Does this rule also include paint can? Copy & paste? Eraser??

If the end result looks like a jagged mess because you didn't bother to hide that you used the line and shape tools, you could say that I'm drawing the line there.

If you can hide that you took those shortcuts with some additional effort, then of course you have nothing to worry about.

Of course you can use the bucket and eraser tools.

The rule has existed for a long time over all of MFGG's iterations, (psst, I didn't make this rule) it's only now been compiled into an easy to read thread.

If you have some sort of problem with those rules, there's a link in the post you quoted where you may post your concerns. We're not taking over the sprite competition thread with this.

Well it's blurry for some reason, do you know why that might be? It might be one of the issues putting people off.

Yeah it's blurry cause to make a .gif, giffy makes everything blurry and resized.

You should switch off giffy or just post the sheet instead next time. Its hard to properly gauge the quality of your entry in this condition.
