That is not the case. There is a pattern of poor handling of decisions that needs to be addressed. It doesn't matter who is staff because the pattern continues- and I'm certainly not going to omit the actions of the previous staff if Stir's previous behaviour is being used to make this decision. Either they both get clean slates or neither, you can't divorce history from context.
