Minus World users who have been part of MFGG have seen the same old constant endless shitting on Hello for over a decade. It's sad there aren't many people who speak up about it and more sadly many people just want to jump on that bandwagon so they can feel like at least _their_ games are better, even if they haven't even released a game.
MFGG of a decade ago is pretty much irrelevant at this point. People might have had criticisms of Hello back then too, but I'm sure that those people aren't even in the community anymore. I bet most of the people who s*** on Super Crown Land aren't even aware of any of that past stuff!
And no, nobody is jealous of Hello or his game too, nobody has the need to "feel like" their game is better. I have no idea how you are even coming up with all this, but if any of this was the case most people outside the core community wouldn't share the same opinions as us.
This is why some people here think that Minus World users are only coming here to cause animosity, like what did you accomplish by essentially saying "you are all biased and have a superiority complex."? Maybe you shouldn't be surprised that people won't have a positive opinion of you if you keep arguing with people while assuming that everything the members and the staff of this community does is in bad faith.

I dunno; it's not gonna make a practical difference if you ignore what people are saying implicitly or explicitly, other than having a big fight thread or not.
And this is an example of what I just meant by assuming bad faith on everything, just because I responded to criticism of the community I saw as unjust (just like how I'm doing right now) doesn't mean that I want to turn everything into a fight. You might not realize but all these pointless arguments take a huge mental toll on pretty much all of us staff members. Why would we even want to experience unnecessary stress, on purpose?
Honestly, at this point, all I want is for people to get along well and discuss fangames. That's all. That's why I'm hosting these game jams and putting so much effort into organizing them in the first place, those are when the community as a whole gets a chance to come together and have fun doing what we like.
So let's keep the past in the past. There's no point in bringing up all the Minus World drama again, and there's no point in trying to connect a decade on Hello drama with recent events.
