It's it possible to turn these:
  • SMBPHYSICS
  • SMB3PHYSICS
  • SMA4LUIGIPHYSICS
  • SMWPHYSICS
into Construct 2/3 code?

I haven't used Construct before, but it should be possible to use Construct to make a Mario engine with physics very similar to those of the original games.
